RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customers of Erith Shop can asked for a replacement or refund within 14 days of the order via our email provided our products are returned in their original packaging. The return or refund will be approximately 4 weeks from the receipt of the returned order.

MODE OF PAYMENT

For large purchases like B2B, the mode of payment is irrevocable letter of credit and that for small purchases like B2C, is by bank transfer(s).
